在今年3月份举行的2019年世界睡眠日大型科普启动会上,中国睡眠研究会发布了《2019中国青少年儿童睡眠指数白皮书》。白皮书指出,13至17周岁的青少年(初高中阶段)睡眠时长不足8小时的占比达81.2%。“00后”是伴随中国互联网成长起来的一代人,“电子童年”和“电子青春期”让“00后”展现出很多前所未有的成长特质。在青少年儿童中,网民占比约为85.7%,而与此相关的青少年的睡眠问题已引起全社会关注。
今年7月26日,健康中国行动推进委员会在北京召开新闻发布会。教育部体育卫生与艺术教育司司长王登峰介绍了关于“中小学健康促进行动”的相关内容。中小学健康促进行动的倡导性指标提出:小学生、初中生、高中生每天睡眠时间分别不少于10、9、8个小时;中小学生非学习目的使用电子屏幕产品单次不宜超过15分钟,每天累计不宜超过1小时等。
